Lucian Zabel (1926 poster design)

Biography

German commercial artist, known for his posters, advertising images, industrial logos, book bindings and other graphic works.

He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and was then a student of Julius Klinger in Berlin. From 1913 he worked for the advertising publisher Ernst Marx in Berlin. He died in Berlin in 1936.
