Biography
American real estate developer. His family relocated to the United States due to financial reasons, because an earthquake destroyed a construction project that his father was involved with. After his father's death, Charles Paterno, with the help of his brother Joseph, took over the family business. His name is related to the construction and the development of many buildings in New York City, including Manhattan residences such as Castle Village, Hudson View Gardens, The Colosseum and The Paterno. Charles Paterno died in New York City on 30 May 1946.
