Biography
Canadian musician, the bandleader of "The Royal Canadians," a primarily family group. A well-known musician, Lombardo was popular during the '30s and '40s and launched a tradition of welcoming the New Year with "the sweetest music this side of heaven."
Lombardo died 11/05/1977 with respiratory, kidney and heart failure.
