Biography
French nurse in a mobile hospital in El Salvador during the civil war (1980-92.) She was the daughter of a prison guard. On 4/15/1989, after the shelling of San Ildefonso, El Salvador, her body was discovered, killed. Following an investigation, an international warrant was issued by the court of Rennes, France for the arrest of four Salvadorian army officers for her murder. Before killing Madeleine, they had spent eight hours raping, torturing and mutilating her.
