Biography
French singer and stage and film actor, who was a star of the Parisian music scene of the 1920s and 1930s.
He was the creator of the musical Pas-de-la-Bouche with Pauline Carton, of the famous Sous les palétuviers, of the operetta Toi.
He was married to actress and singer Gaby Benda (Gabrielle Saugon).
He died on 17 August 1936, aged 51, in Paris.
