Biography
American homicide victim, murdered the evening of 4/11/1990 about 09:00 PM in Milton, MA by his mother's ex-lover, Raymond Vinnie. A Milton high school tennis star, one of the top ranked players in New England, Charles was handsome, gifted academically and athletically. His mom had moved to Milton to get away from exposure to crime in the city and was working hard to educate and support herself and her son. However she had gotten involved with a violent man about 2 1/2 years prior. Recently they had broken up and Vinnie was looking for another place to live. She had no idea why he would have killed Charles other than revenge against her rejection. The 16-year old boy was shot with a .22-caliber handgun three times in the head and once in the chest in the home's basement.
