Biography
American journalist and free lance writer of articles and books published in True magazine, Saturday Evening Post and more. Bi-lingual, he was world-traveled. His book "Storm on the Sun," 1979 was an outgrowth of his interest in astrology, UFOs, ancient astronauts, catastrophes and concepts of God, with a focus on the effects of the Sun and planets on terrestrial affairs.
Joe's first book was "Astrology: A Space Age Science," 1966 and "Write Your Own Horoscope" followed in 1968, the first astrological book to sell over a million copies. "The Astrology Guide and Almanac for 1970" followed. In 1973, Joe put out "The Comet Kohoutek." "Magic: the Science of the Future" was published in 1976 and in 1978, "Our Threatened Planet" and "Seven by Seven" were published.
Joe was a resident of Queens, NY for many years where he was known as a "character." He liked to cook and was an amiable raconteur. After living with heart disease for many years, he died on 4/14/1989 in Flushing, NY
