Biography

Italian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as Prefect of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura from 1931 until his death, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1925. Cerretti died in Rome on 8 May 1933.

Translation: Number 106: Bonaventure Cerretti.... 1872... in the hamlet of Bardano [in Orvieto]... was born on the 17th of June, at the 5th hour in the afternoon."
