Biography
Australian surfer, known as "The Queen of Australian surfing."
She was one of the pioneers of women's surfing in Australia. She competed in her first competition in 1977. She continued competitive surfing up until 1999. Burridge won the women's World Surf Riding Championships in 1990. She now runs a surf school on the south coast of New South Wales, Australia.
