Biography
Canadian politician serving as the Ottawa City Councillor for Cumberland Ward. He won the ward in the Ottawa municipal election, 2010, defeating the incumbent Rob Jellett. In the Ottawa municipal election, 2014, Blais was re-elected with a large majority, defeating Marc Belisle.
