Biography

French lawyer and politician.

Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Paris, he was active in the Socialist Unity Party. He was a member of the Seine from 1919 to 1932, for the communists. He was alderman of Paris, 1943-1944.

He died on 16 November 1968 in Paris.
