Biography
German banker, industrial manager, NSDAP-Gauwirtschaftsberater and SS-Obersturmbannführer (1943).
In 1931 he joined the NSDAP (Nazi Party). Avieny also became a member of the SS.
After the Second World War, Avieny was interned in Darmstadt, deprived of civil rights and much of his wealth, which he had amassed during the Nazi period, was confiscated.
He died on 7 September 1983 in Bad Soden am Taunus.
