Biography
Norwegian mathematician. He was an expert on abstract algebra. From 1962 to 1990 he was a professor at the University of Oslo. He chaired the Norwegian Mathematics Society from 1960 to 1967. His brother was sociologist Vilhelm Aubert.
Aubert died on 21 October 1990 in Oslo, Norway, aged 66.
