Biography
Spanish librarian and politician of Peruvian origin who served as a councillor on the Madrid City Council from 2015-2019.
She moved to Spain at the age of 15; it took her 10 years to acquire Spanish nationality. A graduate in art history, she had several occupations before entering the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) as a librarian.
