Biography
Spanish politician, elected Deputy of the XIII and XIV Legislatures for the province of León in 2019, representing The Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (Partido Socialista Obrero Español, PSOE).
He is a University Professor by profession, and General Secretary and National deputy and spokesperson for Science and Innovation of the León branch of the PSOE.
